Defendant Just-A-Mere Farm, Inc., appeals a judgment quieting title to a disputed strip of timber land in plaintiff and dismissing defendants adverse possession and quiet title counterclaims involving the same land. On appeal, defendant advances two assignments of error that raise the same legal issue: whether the trial court erred in concluding that defendant failed to prove the hostility element of its counterclaim for adverse possession. We reverse.
